You can cancel all items before they have been processed by our seller’s warehouses. This includes items purchased on sale. The refund amount will be credited back into your account in the original mode of payment.
Once your Cancellation is successful, the refund amount will be credited back into your account in the original mode of payment. This is applicable only for Non Cash On Delivery COD orders.
15 DAY RETURNS POLICY
We would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from IEC. You can return all items except innerwear, cosmetics, socks, deodorants, and perfumes within 15 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchased. This does not include items purchased on sale. The refund amount after deducting any shipment charge and transactions charges as applicable will be credited back into your account in the original mode of payment.
All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box as well and returned).
You undertake that you shall pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
Once your return is received by us, you will be reimbursed Rs.70 towards shipping costs if self-shipped. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused, returned within 15 days and not consisting of innerwear, socks, deodorants or perfumes.
Fine jewellery can be returned within 15 days from the day of receipt of delivery by the customer:

What is IEC’s return policy?
If you have received a damaged or defective product, you can get a replacement within 15 days of delivery at no extra cost. The 15 Day Replacement Guarantee is applicable to all physical products sold on indiaexhibitioncentre.com
While damaged or defective clothes and footwear are covered under the 15 Day Replacement Guarantee, you can initiate an exchange under the 15 Day return Policy if a replacement is not available with the seller for any reason.
Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them. Please understand that we cannot accept returns in following instances:
- Damages due to misuse of product
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed
- Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
- Innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered

How do I return a defective or damaged product for a new replacement?
Notify us of the damaged or defective product as soon as possible. In line with our Replacement Guarantee, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to return the product for a replacement.
Please ensure that the product is returned in the original condition you had received it. We will send you a brand new replacement at no extra cost to you.
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order by calling our customer care and speaking to our customer delight experts. At our discretion and subject to the terms of reference here, your entire order amount will be refunded. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled in case a delivery has already been made.

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 14 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same.
If the refund mode is credit, the refunded amount will be made within 14 business days.
However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 14 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by us.
How do I pay for a India Exhibition Centre (IEC) purchase?

What is Cash on Delivery?
If you are not comfortable making an online payment on proamrtretail.com, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment method instead. With C-o-D you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.
Are there any terms and conditions for a Cash on Delivery purchase?
The maximum order value for a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment is Rs.40,000. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. E-Gift Vouchers or store credit cannot be used for C-o-D orders. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a C-o-D payment.
How do I pay using a credit card?
We accept all VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards issued in India. IEC cannot currently process international credit cards.
To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password.
How do I pay using a debit card?
We accept debit cards issued by all banks in India. IEC cannot currently process international debit cards. To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to our payment gateway associate’s secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

The 3D Secure password adds an additional layer of security through identity verification for your online credit/debit card transactions. This password, which is created by you, is known only to you. This ensures that only you can use your card for online purchases.
